Advisory meeting

Our Role

How we work on a transaction

Depending on the transaction, Charter may act as a provider, arranger or introducer in relation to unregulated business finance.

Finance may be supplied by Charter, an associated entity or an independent third-party funder. Where a third party provides the finance, that party undertakes its own assessment and is solely responsible for its lending decision and finance documentation. We do not represent that Charter is always the principal lender.

Charter may receive arrangement, advisory, administration, monitoring, introduction or other fees, and may receive commission from a lender or other third party. Applicable fees and commissions are disclosed in the relevant engagement letter, indicative terms or finance documentation where required.
